Welness in flight

DEPARTURE

We recommend travelers to arrive at the airport two hours before departure so as to allow proper and timely operations. Passengers on domestic flights carrying only hand luggage may check-in one hour before scheduled time. Please note that 30 minutes before departure airlines are not obliged to maintain passenger bookings, after such deadline your seat may be available to passengers registered on a waiting list. After check-in, passengers should proceed to the gate at least 15 minutes prior to boarding, keeping the boarding pass and a valid ID with them. The boarding pass is issued at check-in desks and allows access to the aircraft. In addition to the passenger’s personal details, check-in passes show the expected time of departure and the number of the exit (gate). At the gate, airport staff will collect passes providing each passenger with a receipt, showing the seat number on board. Before boarding, public authorities will check hand luggage through metal detectors and x-ray machines. Passengers must not carry metal objects or active mobile phones through such checks. Please pay attention to said requirements and collaborate with authorities in order to avoid lengthy operations.
