In case your checked baggage (that is, showing its “Baggage Identification Tag”) is lost or damaged upon arrival, you must file a LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE REPORT before leaving the baggage claim area. Please ask for the Lost and Found airport office, fill out specific RIP – Property Irregularity Report forms and ask for your receipt of lost/damaged baggage.
In case of baggage recovery, within 21 days from the date of delivery, please send all documentation specified below to the Customers Office and/or Baggage Assistance Office of relevant airline, in order to ask for compensation for any incurred expenses.
