ENAC has informed that it has requested IATA to update the ticketing systems in order to reflect the new PRM fee applicable to the Apulian Airport Network, set at EUR 0.60 per departing passenger, effective from May 6th, 2025.

Im Fall von VERSPÄTUNG/BESCHÄDIGUNG des aufgegebenen Gepäcks (das Gepäck, das bei der Abfertigung aufgegeben wurde und für welches ein „Gepäckschein“ für die Identifizierung des Gepäcks ausgehändigt wurde) bei Ankunft am Bestimmungsort, muss man: beim Lost & Found-Schalter des Zielflughafens eine MELDUNG FÜR VERLORENES ODER BESCHÄDIGTES GEPÄCK AUSFÜLLEN, um damit den Fall zu melden, bevor man den Bereich der Gepäckausgabe verlässt. Dazu füllt man ein so genanntes P.I.R.-Formular aus – Property Irregularity Report.
Sollten Sie innerhalb von 21 Tagen nach der „Meldung über verlorenes Gepäck“ keine Nachricht über die Auffindung erhalten haben, dann muss die gesamte Dokumentation, die nachfolgend beschrieben wird, an das Kundenservice-Büro und/oder Gepäckservice der ausführenden Fluggesellschaft gesendet werden, um den Antrag auf Schadensersatz zu eröffnen.
Im Fall der Auffindung des Gepäcks muss innerhalb von 21 Tagen nach der effektiven Gepäckübergabe die gesamte Dokumentation, die nachfolgend beschrieben wird, an das Kundenservice-Büro und/oder Gepäckservice der ausführenden Fluggesellschaft gesendet werden, um den Antrag für Kosten von eventuell notwendigen Ersatzanschaffungen zu eröffnen.
